Cancellations and Missed Sessions

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a session without notice, will incur the full session fee. Should you cancel the session within 48 hours, a 50% charge will be incurred.

If an unavoidable appointment comes up for you, provided you give me more than 48 hours’ notice, I will do my best to offer you an alternative date or time the following week, if possible.

I will give you as much notice as possible of any planned absences on my part and no charge will be incurred for any sessions that I cancel.

Extended Holidays

I cannot “hold” a session date and time for you if you are away for more than three weeks, unless this has been agreed between us in advance, as long breaks are unhelpful during counselling.
